Property Manager - Residential LettingsRole OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join a Residential Lettings team.This is a hybrid position offering flexibility following successful completion of probation. After this period, the majority of work can be undertaken from home, with four days per month required in Head Office (Springfield, Chelmsford) or within a local branch location.We are committed to recognising our people as our greatest asset and offer a competitive salary alongside a strong benefits package, reward schemes, and long-term career development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for maintenance-related queries from private tenantsRespond to enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely mannerLiaise with landlords, providing regular updates on maintenance progress and resolution timelinesInstruct approved contractors, arrange access, and coordinate property visits for quotations and repairsMaintain accurate records of all communications, actions, and case progress within internal systemsOversee property compliance and statutory safety obligationsCoordinate compliance checks including Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, Electrical Inspections, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm compliance, and related documentationLiaise closely with contractors, landlords, tenants, and internal departments to ensure full regulatory complianceMonitor outstanding compliance items and proactively ..... full job details .....
