Preparing subfloors as needed, including levelling, plywood installation, and surface preparation. Carrying out all types of floor laying including sheet vinyl (cap and cove), wet room safety flooring, laminate, carpet, latex screeding, and plywood subfloor preparation. Receiving and managing job assignments via a handheld PDA device (full training provided)Providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous manner with tenants.
