Customer Service Adviser - InsuranceLocation: Northampton Salary: 23,000- 26,000 + Quarterly Bonus Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm)The RoleOur client is seeking experienced Insurance Customer Service Advisers to join their friendly and supportive team. You will handle incoming calls from policyholders, assisting with day-to-day insurance enquiries and providing clear, professional and helpful advice.You will be responsible for making policy changes, answering general queries, processing renewals, managing the customer diary and carrying out key administrative tasks. You will support customers across a range of insurance products including home, car, boat and holiday home insurance.About YouOur client requires candidates with previous insurance experience and a genuine passion for customer service.
