Azure qualified Technical Support Engineer - Investment Banking - Immediate start We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with a proven VIP support background in Investment Banking and a valid Azure certification to join our client''s team in Central London. This is an onsite role for an initial 6 week contract with potential for extension. Key Details Location: Onsite, Central London Shifts: Rotational - 7:30 AM-4:30 PM | 10:30 AM-7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella contractors only) Languages: Fluency in French is advantageous Essential Skills andamp; Experience (non-negotiable) VIP support experience within the Investment Banking sector Azure certification and hands-on Azure administration/support experience Minimum 5 years'' experience across 1st to 3rd Line Support Service Desk background - supporting users remotely and managing tickets via an Incident Management tool Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Windows platforms) Windows OS support (Windows 7 andamp; 10) Microsoft Office 365 (desktop andamp; admin support) Excellent customer-facing skills with a professional, well-presented manner Strong troubleshooting abilities with high attention to detail Service-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Desirable Fluency in French If you are a seasoned IT Support Engineer with Investment Banking VIP experience and an Azure certification, and you''re available to start immediately ..... full job details .....
