Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Job Analyst to join Cheshire East Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct job analysis interviews with managers and stakeholders
• Produce accurate and compliant Job Description Questionnaires (JDQs)
• Provide guidance on NJC job evaluation processes
• Support job evaluation panels where required
• Manage a high volume of evaluations linked to restructuring activity

About You

• Proven experience in job evaluation and job analysis
• Strong knowledge of the NJC Job Evaluation Scheme
• Experience completing JDQs and supporting evaluation processes
