Technical Services Manager - CAT A/ CAT B / Refurbishments • London • Up to £95,000 + Travel • September 2025 • PermanentOne of London''s most vibrant contractors have a new opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to be an integral part of their exciting projects.As the Technical Services Manager, you will be involved with CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects in ranging between £10m - £70m in construction value.Responsibilities

Tender and Pre-constructionSub-contractor selectionSetting up systems for testing, inspections and commissioningAttend site meetings with site staff and sub-contractorsMonitor sub-contractor performance and installation qualityAdvise construction team of programme issues and sub-contractor performanceSupervise the snagging and defect, in co-operation with the Contracts ManagerCoordinate testing / witnessing and commissioning of HVAC and electrical works associated with the contractRequirements / Skills

A minimum of 10 years'' experience in mechanical and electrical services within the London fit out sectorA detailed understanding of the principles of engineeringProficient time management and the ability to multi-taskExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to analyse and solve complex MandE problemsConfidence and experience in presentation and public speakingExperience in supporting live jobs as a project engineerDegree in Mechanical Engineering / CIBSEFrom a Principal Contractor backgroundWhat’s on offer / About the role
