This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £36,000 - £38,290.As a Registered Care Manager, you will be leading the management of domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of excellence.You Will Be Responsible For:Overseeing all aspects of domiciliary care operations, including management of case loads and staff supervision.Implementing systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements, including quality assurance and service monitoring.Recruiting, inducting, and supervising care workers, ensuring adherence to company policies, health and safety requirements, and service quality standards.Collaborating with social workers, discharge and assessment teams, and other relevant stakeholders to address service user needs effectively.Completing all necessary documentation accurately and providing audit reports to relevant authorities.Ensuring effective management of budgets in line with organisational objectives.What We Are Looking For:Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Registered Care Manager, Homecare manager, Registered Home Manager, Domiciliary Care Manager or in a similar role.Minimum of 3 years experience as a Care Manager.UK/EU Driving Licence is preferredExcellent English communication skills.What''s On Offer:Competitive salary.Performance bonus ..... full job details .....
