We are seeking a committed and enthusiasticandnbsp;Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistantandnbsp;to join a welcoming primary school in East Grinstead. Starting inandnbsp;September 2025, this full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the classroom and contribute to the development of pupils in Year 1.

Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons aligned with the KS1 National Curriculum
• Assist with classroom activities, group work, and one-to-one support
• Help monitor and record pupil progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Promote good behavior and emotional wellbeing among pupils

Requirements:

• Experience with or Passion for working with children in an educational setting
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
