Locum Social Worker

Pay: -37.14 per hour

NonStop Consulting is working with a Local Authority in the Wales area in order to help them find a Locum Social Worker for their Care and Support Team.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office, offering you flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals'' care and support needs.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized care and support plans ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and children in line with local policies and national regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with health and social care professionals, voluntary organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Advocate for service users'' rights and promote social inclusion and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and reports.
• Participate in continuous professional development and supervision sessions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker
• experience in safeguarding and care and support services
• Full driving licence
