Using your excellent organisation skills this role would suit a PA or a super strong Administrator, with strong empathy skills and a caring nature this role could be for you.Key Duties:First point of contact for Clients via phone or email, dealing with queriesManage appointments and send appointment follow upsFollow set administrative proceduresMaintenance of confidential client records and CRM managementDiary management for several teamsHandle sensitive client information in line with GDPR and confidentiality policies.Liaise with clients, counsellors, external agencies, and partners.Coordinate internal meetings, supervision sessions, and case reviews.Track metrics and compile reportsMaintain paper and electronic filing systemsTake minutes at meetings ensuing accuracy and attention to detailA variety of administrative duties, compiling reports, onboarding of new clients, recording and managing complaints Handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.The role may entail working outside of your normal hours which will be returned as TOIL.Key Skills/Experience Required:Previous ..... full job details .....
