Service Delivery Manager - Data Centre Ops, £55k - 65k London Bench IT requires an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage the day-to-day running of a Data Centre environment. The Service Manager will lead and develop a team, ensure services are delivered against SLAs, and apply ITIL best practice across service and change management. The role covers full project life cycle management, financial and operational reporting, and hands-on knowledge of Data Centre technologies and telecoms cabling infrastructure.
