The role will suit a technically strong individual with experience delivering complex, high density residential and city living projects, including PBSA and tall buildings. You will be involved in the technical development and delivery of projects, working closely with architects, consultants and external stakeholders.This position offers the opportunity to take a key role on technically challenging schemes, with a strong focus on BIM led delivery and coordinated design.Role and responsibilities: Leading the production and coordination of detailed technical information across multiple project stagesDelivering construction drawing packages and technical detailsCoordinating architectural information with consultant teams and specialist subcontractorsEnsuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant statutory requirementsSupporting projects through technical design, tender and construction stagesResponding to technical queries from consultants, contractors and site teamsSupporting BIM standards and maintaining high-quality project documentation Requirements: Significant experience in a UK architectural practice in a technical delivery roleStrong portfolio of ..... full job details .....
