What we do.In our Tilmanstone Salads site we produce first class Salad''s products including leafy salad bags, leafy salad bowls, takeaway salad meals, prepared vegetables and side dishes for one of our most prestigious customers in our state-of-the-art-factory. About the role. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join us at our Tilmanstone site working in one of our production sites. As Team Leader, you be responsible for the people, safety, quality, cost control and delivery of play in designated area. Always ensuring these duties are completed in line with Company policies and standard operating procedures, including PPE, Food Safety, Health, and Safety, ''Clean as you Go'' and ''Good Manufacturing Practices''.
