Duties as a Car Sales Executive:

• Manage customer enquiries from various sources including showroom visitors, online leads, and marketing campaigns
• Provide a professional, consultative sales experience to clients
• Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Negotiate sales and close deals efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on luxury vehicle stock
• Complete all sales administration and compliance documentation accurately
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within the prestige or luxury sector
• Demonstrable ability to meet and surpass sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Professional appearance and manner suitable for a luxury showroom environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a high drive to maximise earnings
• Full UK driving licence
