Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of transformation.As a Product Delivery Manager in the HR Strategic Programme team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to employees. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.Job Responsibilities
Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of programme and change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, programme management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management, programme management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategiesComprehensive knowledge and understanding of PM Integration policies, processes, procedures and systemsExperience of building relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal and external stakeholdersExperience gathering and analysing informationExperience supporting development of solutions and of implementation approachesComprehensive PM Experience demonstrated in a professional capacity and the specialist skills to ensure procedures are followed with the ability to define the standards which the others will operatePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Monitoring programme progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues to maintain schedulesProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsGuides others in application of PM processesAbout Us
