Finance Business Partner for a great business that operates within the logistics industry. This role gives you the opportunity to become the key person for the preparation and interpretation of financial analysis and reporting for a leading UK business.Main Duties:As a

Finance Business Partner,

your main duties include:Compiling management accounts, investor reports and presentations, compliance certificates, and CQC Market Oversight submissions.Conducting payroll analysis and reporting, collaborating with FBP''s and MD''s to identify key trends and enhance data accuracy and overall performance.Providing routine reports for the Executive Committee and senior managers across the business.Assisting with the upkeep of the budgeting and reporting system (Prophix).Producing financial analysis to support improvements in operational and financial performance.Preparing information for the Board, directors, and external stakeholders as needed.Offering support for corporate initiatives and projects.Driving continuous enhancement within the finance function.Acting as the IT Finance Business Partner.Standing in for the Assistant Head of FPandA in the event of a major finance project, such as refinancing.Location / Office / CultureThis role offers a great hybrid split, with the expectation that you go to their offices in Lichfield only twice a week.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualified or equivalentAbility to prioritise and manage own workloadsAnalytical with a high level of attention to detailExcellent communicator and presentation skills, both verbally and in writingWhy Join the businessWelcoming Finance TeamPension SchemeAbout UsWe are a local accountancy recruitment specialist.
