Tennial Personnel are actively seeking detail-oriented Production Technicians with pressure testing experience to join a growing, family-run manufacturing business based in Risby, near Bury St Edmunds. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity following a successful 12-week working period, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid break, offering an hourly rate of £13.00-£14.00 per hour depending on experience.The role sits within an exciting and rapidly developing sector, offering hands-on involvement in a specialist manufacturing project where quality, safety, and precision are critical. You will be joining a close-knit team working on the first production run of a newly designed product, supporting mission-critical infrastructure, within a business that continues to grow day by day and offers long-term opportunities for the right individuals.Key Responsibilities:• Carry out pressure testing of assembled products in line with defined procedures• Support mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations as required• Use calibrated hand tools, including torque tools, to specification• Work to production schedules, engineering drawings, and test documentation• Carry out visual inspections and assist with quality checks• Accurately record test results and build documentation• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment• Support all areas of production when required• Report any safety, quality, or process issues ..... full job details .....
