This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals facing complex challenges, providing support and interventions to promote their well-being and recovery.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will support individuals with significant substance misuse issues and co-occurring mental, physical, and neurological issues. The Social Worker will need experience in direct work and must be dynamic, compassionate, and creative.
