Electrician

Responsibilities

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations on student accommodation refurbishment project.
• Install containment, cabling, wiring systems, lighting, power and accessories in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Complete works safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of completed works, testing and inspections.
• Coordinate with other trades and follow all site health and safety procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

• Valid CSCS or JIB card.
• Previous experience as an Electrician, ideally within student accommodation refurbishment and commercial installations.
• Strong 1st and 2nd fix installation experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow project specifications.
• Parking available on site.
