You will be given the autonomy and backing to develop a robust HandS offering across multiple sectors.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a growing Health and Safety/CDM teamActing as the senior interface for key clients across public and private sectorsDelivering and overseeing CDM/Principal Designer services across diverse project portfoliosIdentifying new opportunities and contributing to strategic business developmentMentoring and developing talent at all levels within the teamWorking closely with regional leadership to support wider business goalsWhat We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced HandS professional who:Is currently operating at

Associate Director or Director level

within a consultancy or client-side settingHas

strong relationships and a respected reputation

across the North—especially within the Leeds or Manchester marketsIs skilled in delivering CDM/PD services across a range of sectorsUnderstands the commercial landscape and can help drive growthIs a natural leader with the ability to mentor and inspire othersHolds relevant professional qualifications (CMIOSH, IMaPS, Tech IOSH, or similar)This role is suited to someone who wants to

take ownership
