William Morris Sixth Form, situated in Hammersmith, was established as the country''s first 16-19 comprehensive school. We offer 850 students from West London and beyond an exciting range of academic and vocational courses from foundation learning through to advanced level. WMSF is an over-subscribed, vibrant, inner-city learning community that has the individual student at the heart of everything it does.We are looking for a Welfare and Curriculum Supervisor to join us on a full-time, term-time-only basis. We are looking for a flexible, practical and enthusiastic person with relevant experience and/or qualifications to join us.In this role, you will:Assist in the management of student welfare across the Sixth FormAssist in the planning of enrichment and the pastoral curriculum in liaison with leadership and middle leadershipLead on the day-to-day management of enrichmentProvide guidance and intervention for identified students requiring internal support with managing their welfareIn return, we aim to create a friendly, supportive and open culture in which staff can develop and thrive.
