We are currently working in partnership with a

Local Authority based in the South-West , who are recruiting for a

locum Senior Litigation Lawyer

to join the team for 3-months initially.The role can be on a

fully remote basis , with a rate in the region of

£55p/hour UMB , negotiable subject to PQE.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Handling a varied caseload including property litigation, highways and general civil litigation, including debt recovery and judicial review proceedingsAdvising on a range of criminal and civil litigation matters, involving planning enforcement and education mattersProviding guidance and supervision to junior members of the Litigation teamRewards and Benefits:Working hours:37 hours per weekMonday – FridayPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
