Responsibilities Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts Prepare quotes, proposals, renewals, and endorsements Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements Support Producers/Account Executives in growing the book of business Processing new business, renewal, and mid-term adjustments efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements New business acquisition through quotations and renewal terms Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards. Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area. Arrange cover to comply with client instructions and business needs Ensure accuracy of all documentation and review information and reports as necessary Maintain accurate client and prospect records Build strong working relationships with both internal and external clients Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role Cert CII beneficial but not essential Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and procedures A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
