This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, organised and proactive legal support professional who enjoys working within a fast paced conveyancing department. You will provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Residential Conveyancing team, ensuring matters progress smoothly and clients receive an efficient, professional service. Responsibilities: Document Production - Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents, contracts, forms and correspondence. File Management - Opening, maintaining and closing files, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements. Client Communication - Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries professionally, maintaining excellent client care. Diary and Workflow Support - Managing diaries, booking appointments, scheduling meetings and supporting fee earners with workload organisation. Land Registry and Searches - Submitting applications, conducting searches and assisting with pre completion and post completion tasks.
