As HR Advisor, you''ll support staff and managers with day-to-day HR matters, including employee relations, absence management, and first-stage investigations. You''ll also contribute to wider HR projects, staff recognition initiatives, and ensure quality and compliance through accurate documentation, systems updates, and process improvements.What you''ll be doing:Advising on employee relations, absence, probation, and policy queriesSupporting managers with formal and informal HR processesLeading first-stage absence management and identifying areas for improvementDrafting contracts, contract change letters, and monitoring HR dataCoordinating first-day inductions and maintaining positive onboarding experiencesSupporting system usage and helping to improve processesWhat we''re looking for:CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards itExperience in an HR advisory role, ideally within the education or public sectorConfident communication and ..... full job details .....
