Monitor and control construction costs, tracking variances and managing cash flow. Develop robust financial models to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audit readiness. Act as a key point of contact for internal project teams and external delivery partners. Champion improvements to systems and processes, particularly in ERP environments. Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders, including non-finance colleagues.
