Reporting to the Registered Service Manager, you''ll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and drive high standards of child-centred care. This dynamic role includes:Leading and supervising a team of 12 staff.Supporting care delivery during shifts, including sleeps and on-call duties.Managing compliance with statutory regulations and organisational policies.Engaging directly with children to foster trust and emotional wellbeing.Facilitating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children.What We''re Looking ForWe''re seeking a compassionate, resilient leader with:A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People''s Workforce (or equivalent).Supervisory experience in children''s residential care (minimum 12 months).Strong knowledge of the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015 and trauma-informed practices.A full UK driving licence and flexibility to provide on-call support.Support is available to achieve ..... full job details .....
