Astute''s Renewables team is partnering with a Tier 1 contractor specialising in the delivery of utility scale solar and BESS projects to recruit a Project Director, to be based in their London office with weekly site visits. The Project Director role is open to contract and permanent candidates. Key skills required for the Project Director roleExtensive experience in the power, energy, or renewables sector, with strong knowledge of solar PV and BESSProven leadership of large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projectsAbility to oversee multidisciplinary teamsStrong commercial and project control skillsRelevant senior-level qualification (e.g., high-level NVQ, degree)Chartered statusExperience with National Grid or a DNO environment desirable Location and Details of the Project Director role 3 days a week in London office, 2 days a week site visits.Monday-Friday, full time.Contract or Permanent options available.Astute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
