Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust. This is an interim assignment with an initial duration of 10 months. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri) based in Norwich. Role Overview: The HR Business Partner will work closely with the HR People Partner, supporting senior managers and operational teams across a designated business unit, locality, or specialist service. Acting as a key link between operational teams and central HR services, the postholder will provide professional HR advice, guidance, and support to ensure workforce plans are effectively delivered.
