You will report to the Accounts ManagerThis role is based at our local office Monday-Friday, where you will report to the Commercial Manager.You will: Run the sales ledger, raising and entering invoices. There will be 30 invoices a week/(Apply online only) per month. Processing sales orders and purchase orders. Monitoring outstanding payments and proactively chasing overdue debt. Processing Receipts/Expenses. Bank reconciliations and general ledger. All other day-to-day accounts/office duties e.g. maintaining accurate files and entering data in a timely fashion including any adhoc duties.You will be: A friendly, grounded and trustworthy individual.
