Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator to join Derby City Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.-
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team
- Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials
- Take minutes and support the coordination of meetings
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with data collection and general office administration
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
