This role will be responsible for driving Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental compliance and performance across both facilities, including manufacturing and paint operations.The successful candidate will take ownership of developing, improving, and embedding QHSE systems-particularly around ISO 9001 and ISO 14001-and will lead the business on its journey to the next level of operational excellence. Industry experience is not essential; the company is seeking a strong, influential manager with the ability to implement meaningful change, engage stakeholders, and elevate standards across the business. Job Overview Lead, manage, and continuously improve all QHSE activities across two manufacturing sites. Maintain and develop the company''s ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems, ensuring ongoing compliance and readiness for audits. Oversee all aspects of Health and Safety, including risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work, and accident/incident investigations.
