Business Development Manager

Opportunity We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our commercial team and help accelerate our growth. Role Overview You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. You will work closely with your commercial team colleagues, marketing and delivery teams to build strong client relationships and position our training solutions as essential programmes for workplace safety. This is a proactive, target-driven role suited to someone with a consultative sales style and a passion for improving safety in the workplace. Key responsibilities (to include but not limited to): Lead Sourcing and Prospecting: Source your own leads, book sales appointments, and engage with potential clients. Utilise your sales knowledge and understanding of the business to identify new opportunities. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, documenting client interactions and activities to ensure a steady flow of leads and appointments Proposal Development: Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored sales proposals for prospective clients. Negotiation and Closing: Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. Utilise your commercial acumen to secure favourable terms.
