HR Coordinator (LandD) Learning and DevelopmentSt Ives£30,000 - £32,000Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an exciting events business, helping them in their search for a HR Coordinator who will be a champion for Learning and Development.This is a BRAND NEW ROLE, so a fantastic opportunity to grow it, own it and mature the LandD function.The role with be 30% HR Coordination: Managing HR and personnel documentation and correspondence Issuing contracts and onboarding Payroll administration Process leavers Liaising with internal teams such as marketing Coordinating training plans Benefit administration Collate company statistical data And 70% Learning and Development Support the Head of HR with development and implementation of LandD initiatives and projects. Develop training materials and training modules Administration and organisation of employee workshops Support the Head of HR with the creation of development opportunities for staff of all levels, from interns to senior management Obtain and share LandD event feedback in a timely manner This client has recently rolled out a new LandD Management system and a new training academy is being launched very soon so this would be a fab opportunity for someone with a passion for LandD to join and hit the ground running.Experience with data uploading and configuration is highly desirable though not essential!
