Assist in identifying opportunities for new housing developments and funding. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Contribute to housing strategy development and implementation. Person Specification Must-Have Requirements Eligibility to work in the UK. Experience in housing development or related sector. Strong organisational and project management skills.
