Head of Sustainability Bridge Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced sustainability professional to join a growing organisation within the construction and housing sector, leading the development and delivery of a group-wide sustainability and ESG strategy. This strategic role will focus on embedding sustainable practices across the business, supporting the delivery of a net-carbon housing approach, and ensuring ESG principles are integrated into core decision-making. The Role Develop and implement the organisation''s sustainability and ESG strategy Establish clear targets, monitor performance, and report on progress Work closely with senior leadership to embed sustainability across operations Act as the internal subject matter expert on sustainability and social value Support ESG reporting, communications and stakeholder engagement Build relationships with external partners including industry bodies, local authorities and policy stakeholders Champion sustainability initiatives both internally and externally About You Proven experience delivering sustainability or ESG strategies at organisational level Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG and social value frameworks Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach Passion for sustainability within the built environment or construction sector Strong reporting and project management capability ..... full job details .....
