To provide staff, mentoring, training and development through one to ones and appraisals, ensuring all sickness and annual leave is managed and processed under the council''s policies and procedures.To support all staff ensuring that they are fully equipped, including the correct PPE, service equipment such as Handheld, Radio, Bodywork camera and printer to enforce at all times and adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
