Job Description:About the role:

You will be joining our experienced and expanding theatre team as a Senior Scrub Nurse / ODP where you will be responsible for:

Delivering the highest quality of clinical outcomes

Performing the scrub role in consultant-led surgeries

Working across a varied range of specialisms

Providing leadership support to the team

Working well as part of a supportive team

Being enthusiastic and empathetic

Working well independently

Who we’re looking for:

Valid NMC / HCPC registration - no restrictions or conditions

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

At least 3 years of experience working in the UK in orthopaedic scrub

Experience of hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments

Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) – highly desirable

Person Specification:

All applicants for the role of Senior Theatre Nurse / ODP must have a valid NMC / HCPC registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 3 years of experience in the UK working in orthopaedic scrub is essential for this position.
