Your degree can provide valuable transferable knowledge around **child development, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, communication, and individual needs**, making this an excellent starting point for a career within education or child-focused services.

This could be particularly beneficial if you''re considering a future career as a **SENCO, Educational Psychologist, teacher, therapist, or other education professional**.

**The Role:**
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
* Helping children develop emotional regulation
* Supporting classroom learning and interventions
* Building positive relationships with pupils
* Working alongside teachers and SENCOs
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement

**We''re Looking For:**
* Psychology, Child Psychology, or related degree
* Genuine interest in working with children
* Passion for SEND and inclusive education
* Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication skills
