Key Skills and Attributes:At least 2 years'' experience in a Production Management role.Expertise with large-scale, fully automated production lines.Strong leadership and people management skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.Highly organised with strong follow-up skills.Confident in problem-solving, team building, and decision-making.Commercially aware and able to understand business priorities.
