From helping with daily routines to providing companionship, your role is about promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing for every resident. You’ll:Support residents with personal care and day-to-day activities, always encouraging independence where possible.Follow individual care plans and provide thoughtful, person-centred support.Spot changes in residents’ health and communicate promptly with our nursing team.Create a warm, homely environment where residents feel safe, respected and valued.Help at mealtimes, ensuring residents receive the nutrition and hydration they need.Most importantly bring kindness, patience and a smile to each interaction.About YouWe’re looking for people with a genuine passion for caring for others. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in a care role and an NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, but if you don’t and you bring the right attitude and values we’ll support you with training.
