This ongoing, full-time locum position offers a Senior Social Worker with AMHP status the opportunity to join the dedicated team in Greenwich. You will manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult service and coordinate assessments under the Mental Health Act as part of the Central AMHP team rota.Benefits

Manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult serviceProvide health and social care interventions, including commissioning care packages and conducting safeguarding investigationsMonitor mental state for relapse and recovery, ensuring clients receive necessary supportParticipate in the Central AMHP team rota, providing assessments and coordination under the Mental Health ActCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality careRequirements

Degree or equivalent in social workCurrent Social Work England registrationSignificant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social WorkerAvailability to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days a weekAbout Greenwich
