Responsibilities

You will join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible levels of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eatingYou will be responsible for promoting our resident''s independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeingYou will complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts AuditsEnsure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year

Essential Requirements

Level 2 Health and Social Care qualificationA good reason or experience that has drawn them to careLive within 30 minutes of the Home

Preferred Requirements

One year''s experience of working in a residential or nursing homeLevel 3 Health and Social Care or above

Team Members under 21 will be paid at £1.00 per hour less, which is above National Minimum Wage guidelines for this age group
