Bruche Academy will become Warrington''s first all-through school from September 2026, welcoming pupils aged 2 to 16. Building on the success of Bruche Primary Academy, one of the highest performing primary schools nationally, the secondary phase will grow year-on-year to serve up to 550 pupils. A new secondary building will open in 2027 as part of a £13m investment in the site. This is a rare start-up leadership opportunity. The Secondary Director will design, launch and grow Key Stage 3 and 4 provision, shaping curriculum, culture and systems from the outset. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery and carries significant influence across the Trust''s future secondary development.
