We are working with a welcoming and supportive specialist setting in West Essex that is seeking a dedicated teacher to join their team immediately. The Role As a Primary Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet a range of SEMH and additional learning needs. Create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment. Develop strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external agencies. Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development. Adapt teaching strategies to ensure all students can access the curriculum and experience success. Promote positive behaviour through consistency, patience, and understanding. The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Has experience working with children with SEMH needs, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
