Commercial Sales Manager (Training/ Healthcare)
  
Princes Risborough / London (Hybrid)
 
£45,000 - £50,000 (OTE £100k+) + Bonus + Progression
 
Are you a commercially driven sales manager with a background in Training or Healthcare who thrives on growing revenue, leading teams, and taking ownership of business performance?
 
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established aesthetics training business with over 25 years in the market, now entering a more competitive and growth-focused phase. This is a key hire — the first person to truly take ownership of sales, marketing, and commercial performance within the business.
 
In this role, you will work directly with the owners to drive growth, improve marketing output, increase sales performance, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple training locations. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
 
This role would suit a Commercial Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager or Growth Manager with a background in training or healthcare who enjoys building, improving, and taking ownership within a growing SME environment.
  
The Role

• Lead and manage a small internal team (4 people)
• Drive revenue growth through improved sales and marketing activity
• Oversee and optimise marketing campaigns and lead generation
• Manage CRM, pipeline visibility, and reporting
• Ensure smooth planning and delivery of training operations across multiple UK locations
• Hybrid working - flexibility with weekly presence in Princes Risborough or London

The Person

• Experience in a commercial, sales, or marketing leadership role
• Hands-on and proactive - comfortable in a small business environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Commercially focused with a growth mindset
• Background in aesthetics, training, healthcare or similar (advantageous, not essential)
