The firm has built a strong reputation for providing practical, commercially focused legal advice and developing long-standing client relationships. We are now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis. The Role This is a varied commercial property position, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients on a broad range of transactions rather than focusing solely on one area of property. Your work will include: Commercial acquisitions and disposals Commercial leases, renewals and related matters Property aspects of business sales and acquisitions Commercial property finance and secured lending General commercial property advisory work Managing transactions from instruction through to completion while providing commercially focused advice About You We are looking for a 5+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor with solid experience across a broad commercial property caseload.
