Contracts Manager Banbury, Oxfordshire Reports to: Roofing General Manager Location: Banbury, with travel to project sites as required Employment type: Full-time, permanent Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of industrial roofing, building construction and improvement projects from pre-start through to final account. Based in Banbury, the role will ensure that multiple contracts are delivered safely, profitably, on programme and to the required quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of industrial roofing, refurbishment, construction and building improvement contracts from award to completion. Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, surveys, programmes and commercial requirements before mobilisation. Develop project delivery plans, construction programmes, procurement schedules and resource requirements. Coordinate site managers, supervisors, operatives, subcontractors, designers, suppliers and specialist consultants. Ensure works comply with health and safety legislation, CDM requirements, company procedures, risk assessments and method statements. Monitor programme, cost, quality and productivity; identify risks early and implement corrective action.
