Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Build Division, supporting the successful commercial delivery of major logistics hubs, warehousing and distribution centre projects.Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring schemes are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest commercial standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full commercial lifecycle of major logistics and distribution centre projects.Prepare, monitor and report project budgets, forecasts and cost plans.Procure subcontractor packages, including tender analysis, negotiations and contract award recommendations.Administer subcontract accounts, including valuations, variations, payments and final accounts.Prepare monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs), commercial reports and forecasts for senior management.Identify commercial risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to maximise project profitability.Work closely with the project delivery team to monitor progress against programme and manage the financial impact of project changes.Negotiate and agree variations with both clients and subcontractors.Ensure contractual ..... full job details .....
