As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team and take the lead on managing complex, high-volume weekly payrolls.As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of weekly payrolls for large volumes of recruitment agency contractors. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, speed, and the ability to communicate effectively with agencies, workers, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:End-to-end processing of high-volume weekly payrolls within strict deadlinesManaging PAYE, umbrella, and limited company payrollsInputting, validating, and reconciling data from multiple sourcesHandling queries from recruitment agencies and contractors with professionalismStaying compliant with current payroll legislation and industry regulationsSupporting junior team members and acting as a key point of contact within the payroll function Looking For:Proven experience working in recruitment agency payroll, preferably in a high-volume environmentStrong knowledge of PAYE, holiday pay, pensions, RTI, and statutory paymentsConfident communicator - able to liaise with clients and contractors clearly and professionallyExperience working to tight weekly payroll deadlinesA ..... full job details .....
